Processes: - Cutting outfit accessories - Welding machines - Oxygen/gas cutting Steel Hull and Structural Repairs involve precision cutting, welding, and cutting using oxygen/gas under the close supervision of our Operation Manager, Project in charge, QA/QC Inspector, and foreman to ensure safety and workmanship. Corrosion, dents, and other damages are identified through visual inspections, hammer testing, and Ultra Thickness Gauging (UTG) to assess hull condition accurately. All repairs are carried out with strict adherence to safety protocols, coordinated with safety officers and the vessel crew, while maintaining quality standards to meet client expectations.
