Dry Docking

Slipway Opening: 30 meters. Can accept wide vessels and over 100 meters LOA. Shipyard capacity and Docking System: equipped with side transfer carriages, making it capable of dry docking 8-10 vessels simultaneously. Safety Measures: - Inspected daily with Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS). - Follows shipyard safety measures and Quality Management System (QMS-ISO). Primary inspections and repair: - Hull blasting/painting/replating: - Main Sea Valves - Propulsion Systems Dry docking services are planned and executed to guarantee the safety, stability, and operational readiness of every vessel we handle. The process begins with detailed coordination, ensuring that vessels, especially those with structurally complex hulls like V-types, are securely supported using steel wedges and shoring supports to prevent imbalance or damage during docking and undocking. Once the vessel is safely hauled out of the water and positioned on a stable support system within the dry dock, our team performs thorough inspections and essential repairs focused primarily on underwater components. The same level of care and precision is applied during the undocking phase, ensuring the vessel’s smooth and secure return to the water.
